Review on 3M 05539 Roloc Disc Assembly by Joseph Mannasseh

I give 4 stars because I bought it because it's made by 3M and it's rated at 25,000 rpm, but there's a problem with it - a dual-purpose adapter that lets you use it can use on a grinding disc. This results in the stock head assembly being heavier than most Roc Loc holders and causing excessive vibration. Even when operating my ACDelco cordless angle grinder at 16,000 rpm and maximum speed, I feel strong vibrations that affect the bearings and cause the tool to get very hot. I ended up buying a Neiko holder which is a much simpler design and should have better concentricity e.g. B. less round metal parts and less vibration.
