I recently replaced the factory shocks and springs with some well adjustable coilovers that didn't come with new cylinders. This is a cylinder, ball bearings and 3 nuts. This is ONE replacement only. You should get the other side if you do both. If you replace your shock absorbers or springs, you will also need to replace your cylinders and bearings, otherwise you will likely have to disassemble your shock absorbers/springs or coilovers again. They are significantly cheaper than Honda's OEM as mine are no longer in production and seem to be much more durable. Be sure to lubricate the outside of the bearings before tightening any bolts to avoid sticking issues with each turn.
