I'm new to tatting so I didn't know what to expect. This needle is easy to use, the #10 mercerized cotton thread goes through the eye with ease; I don't have to use a needle threader to skip it. The needle is also strong enough for beginners to hold without bending or breaking (I usually held onto it during practice).
