Review on PALMS by Fuzzhead Nelson

I love how Palms will pull up past performance of different courses to show where students have been in their learning journey! It also allows us to easily track student progress through our modules so we can see exactly which areas are lacking knowledge retention from course 1-6. We've realized that it was difficult for new hires (or any non native English speakers) to be successful at first because they were not able understand or speak well enough yet during training time when speaking one way but understanding another. This has helped greatly as all employees now must learn quickly while listening carefully throughout training sessions before being allowed to participate in real life situations without supervision/supervision by others who may take longer than needed to explain things. Also, if an employee forgets something important within training then this would normally go unnoticed until later in their work experience however palms makes sure there.
