It had a few scratches and a film that had to be removed before putting it on. I am now comparing this experience to a similar light we received a few days earlier when we simply removed a protective film and plugged in the light. This particular mount had white film on both sides that had to be carefully removed. between each item. It looked like it should have been removed after production, but I could be wrong. Overall the light looks good and works as it should!
