I rate this faucet 4 stars because although I am very satisfied with the product, quality and appearance, it has some issues that put it off to be rated top notch . First, this faucet looks great and has very good water flow, especially compared to the Kohler Malleco faucet it replaced. I haven't had any touch activation issues since installing it 2 weeks ago and haven't had phantom surgeries like some, although I read the reviews and made sure I split the power lines as recommended. Installation was easy and I think as simple as it gets. B. under and behind a deep kitchen sink in a rear-facing cabinet. The original faucet I received had a faulty sensor or something and stopped working after just a few minutes but the company/Revain sent a replacement straight away and it works perfectly. Kudos to the company for contacting me after requesting a replacement to see if they could resolve the issue before ordering a replacement. Another issue is that this faucet comes with a mounting bracket that is not long enough to fit on my countertop. deep (about 3 inches) so I had to use a longer threaded sleeve from an old faucet. It was easy to make and if I didn't have it, I'm sure I could have or could have ordered the home stock from Revain as well. Overall I'm happy with this purchase and think it's a very good faucet for the price. Highly recommended.
