I love how easy it is for me as an admin user without any coding experience at all! It's so simple that even my grandma can use this software with no problem whatsoever (even she has never used computers before).

The integration of email in our CRM database was seamless which saved us tons time by not having other people do things manually for each client we are working together or have worked together previously. We've been able solve issues related to data consistency between different applications such as Salesforce using fuZen easily instead of hiring someone who knows SQL very well just because they know better about one particular tool/application than their own product does - saving money while solving problems quickly.
