This product is great if you plan on wearing it one time only. But if you plan on using this everyday? Think again. I scoured watch bands for close to an hour before deciding on this. based on review and product description. I expected stainless steel/sterling silver settings. Well, I have had this band for less than a week and my wrist has turned green. Not only that, but when it came to getting a refund/replacement, I felt like I was jumping through hoops. In the item summary it states "18 months warranty for a full refund or replacement without return." This is not an accessible option if you just follow the steps. I had to chat with a robot before being connected with a representative, they gave me the option of returning it then being refunded or getting a replacement then returning the original. It wasn't until I brought up the warranty claim, earlier stated in this review, for a THIRD time that they made an 'exception' to not return the item. With everything going on with COVID cases spiking all time highs right now, I do not feel it necessary for me to take this item to another store in order to be shipped back when in their warranty statement it says without needing to return the item. Which again, is stated very clearly next to the product pictures.
