Bought this lamp as a replacement after my H5380BD lamp was in non-eco mode for 4,000 hours. It's definitely not sold out and I've heard stories of people having trouble getting just the bulb and not the full body, but as others have said, it's hard to pass up the savings. I kept putting off changing the lightbulb just afraid I might screw it up somehow, the spare just sat there in the box. Fast forward about 7 months and I'm at 4800 hours and finally decided to bite the bullet and find time to replace it. TL; DRS. that it works just as well as the normal one, without any complaints. I'll be back as soon as I have a few hundred hours and update again! * Updated after 250 hours and it's still as good as the first.
