EDIT: This board requires a 5V input while I've tried using a 3.3V -Input to supply indicated in the data sheet. One thing to watch out for is the less than initial soldering and ambiguous pinouts on the breakout board. There is pin Q3 which functionality is lost to me because the pinout in the HiLetgo schematic doesn't show it, there is a second ground pin and although the power pin shows 5V this board shouldn't have a 5V input work unless there is an unknown level switch in the board. The main problem I encountered when starting was an unstable generator. I later found that the power and ground pins on the board were shorted. As soon as I connected a different ground on the board, the problem was solved and the chip worked as stated in the datasheet. This is a really weird solution to a very simple problem that wouldn't exist with enough quality control.
