Not Effective for Energy Boost
These tablets did nothing for me. I was hoping for a boost in energy during my workouts but saw no difference .The only positive is that they are easy to swallow. However, they didn`t seem to provide any benefits for my health and household needs. i won't be purchasing them again..
- Effective in preventing and treating cold sores
- May cause mild digestive discomfort in some individuals
