The product has helped us in automating our pipeline with intelligent rules using machine learning which is very helpful for marketing people as well who are involved less frequently than business development team members or vice-versa, it's really good! Nothing much at this point but I think they could improve their UI/UX if not already developed by them so that we can easily use without any problem. It helps me automate my workflows and save time from manual data entry process into CRM system where there was no automation facility available earlier.
