Type of review

The product has helped us in automating our pipeline with intelligent rules using machine learning which is very helpful for marketing people as well who are involved less frequently than business development team members or vice-versa, it's really good! Nothing much at this point but I think they could improve their UI/UX if not already developed by them so that we can easily use without any problem. It helps me automate my workflows and save time from manual data entry process into CRM system

  • The way it understands the requirements and uses it to create rules for future use is very helpful!
Cons
  • Nothing as such as of now, it would be great if we could have more custom

This is an amazing product - great customer support as well!

The customer support team is amazing! They helped us understand our data set, which we did not have before hand - they created it for me so that I could begin using my own dataset! In addition, their product was easy-to-use once we got past setup questions (which were simple). We used this as an internal tool for lead management within one of our departments internally at work. The ease of use, functionality and speed at which our data moves from one system to another is amazing! I wish it was faster to create custom fields for our leads and contacts in Salesforce.com. It takes time to set up the relationships between two systems. We have been able to solve many issues with Enquota including lead scoring, lead nurturing, lead management and more. The best feature is that it allows me to create my own rules for each opportunity, which helps me with the filtering…

  • Great integration within SFDC platform.etc..I would really love if they had email/email templates like Mailchimp or Campaign monitor does so we can send emails directly out through them instead having people fill their info manually into excel documents every once in awhile while doing sales outreach calls etc..It could help us be even better organized :)Would improve U
