This is an amazing product - great customer support as well!

The customer support team is amazing! They helped us understand our data set, which we did not have before hand - they created it for me so that I could begin using my own dataset! In addition, their product was easy-to-use once we got past setup questions (which were simple). We used this as an internal tool for lead management within one of our departments internally at work. It had been cumbersome in other systems previously where leads would get into multiple queues with different priorities/assignments. With Enquora's system everything gets put right onto ONE queue per contact AND you can assign them straight away vs having to wait days or weeks like some others do with old school spreadsheets. The product is very easy for our team, it has all features we need in one place with great customer support as well. I like that they are always listening to their customers needs and adding new functionality when needed. They have been super helpful! Nothing at this time but everything looks good so far. We use enqouta primarily for lead nurturing within Salesforce orgs. It's made my life easier by allowing me to quickly filter leads into different buckets (i.e., nurture vs. delete).
