Nice, flexible but poor arch support but don't expect much for the price. Large but based on the reviews I bought a size up. I can tighten the strap and I think I can use it for small ballroom dances. I have the lowest heels that I love. It's nice to have a nice low heel show that's generally comfortable, but be aware that it's not very good quality. You can't wear them if you're a serious athlete, but the suede has a good feel and should be fine for those who want to dance an hour or two or take a few ballroom dancing lessons.
