This is not typical balance board wiring. The balance leads supplied with this board are NOT for balance charge leads, they are soldered to your battery and then connected to the board. Their balance pins are soldered to pads on the circuit board. I have no idea why they put a JST-SM connector on the board for wires that are soldered to the battery, all of this shouldn't be removable.
