Review on 🐠 VIVOSUN 400GPH Submersible Pump: Efficient and Quiet Water Pump for Fish Tanks, Ponds, and Hydroponics by Shelly Pearson

Bought this pump for my daughter's new 55 gallon aquarium. For maximum circulation, run a 1/2 inch hose diagonally up from the bottom of the tank. This hose is probably about 2 feet long and surprisingly only has 11 watts of power. At 15 watts I was skeptical. lower wattage than most competitive pumps. Needless to say I was thrilled to see that it only drew 11 watts at 2 feet of resistance. This is the air pump behind the glass door. The current could be stronger but that's ok for the few small fish we have. Regardless, the circulation and filtration are strong enough to keep our fish healthy low nitrite and nitrate levels. I had to contact customer service with flow questions and received a professional response quickly. Very happy with this purchase and recommend the pump highly recommend.
