Severe pain when you are on a freeway or highway. So, for this scenario, connect a separate on/off switch hidden somewhere. Sometimes it freezes and shows a black screen, which is why you lost Waze or Google Maps. I connect to my hotspot on my phone with Visible Wireless and work for me. Another complaint concerns the screen setting. Not as much. You can change your default apps by clicking the map icon or radio icon, etc. My Android Auto worked but I don't use it. Android Auto is designed so that you don't use your phone while driving. Easy Connection mirrors my Galaxy S10 Fe 5g, but with the default screen you no longer see it as your smartphone's display. I have no complaints about the sound (factory Bose in Cadillac). You have EQ settings and delay options to play with. The installation instructions are, if you will, ridiculous. But if you've ever installed a stereo, you'll understand. I don't think this device has dual zone capability so that's a big disappointment. And if the video output function doesn't work, it will be replaced. A purchase is only as good as the technical support you get when you need it. So my assessment is this. It is not possible to drag and change screens like on other devices. The XM application is either full screen or minimized. There are such limitations. I don't like the big bars at the top and bottom and don't let the user customize them anymore. We need huge buttons for the phone. Definitely nice things to like about the device. Will continue to be updated over time.
