Their team has been very helpful in designing our website as well as implementing it into Salesforce! They are great at staying within budget while building out your solution for you, so be prepared if they say yes - this could take some time (weeks). We've had no complaints thus far but we have yet to implement any major features either. I would recommend them highly because their staff knows what they're doing when it comes to implementation projects with SFDC. The project took about 4 weeks due to unforeseen issues during design that caused us delays along the way. Once those were resolved though everything went smoothly after that point.
