Not sure if it's 155.03. It's all about an 18" long hollow plastic tube with a urethane fitting on one end and 4 hose clamps. Yes, it offers better airflow than a standard resonator tube, but it's a bit pricey for me. It's very easy to install As far as adding fuel or horsepower to mileage, it just doesn't do it. The simple truth about this part is that it delivers direct airflow straight into the intake port. That's all. Looks better than stock. Some people say it sounds better I can't really say there's a huge difference.
