Decent camera, but beware of overheating

I bought this in April of this year. I watched some YouTube videos about this camera. The only problem I ha e with this camera is overheating issues. When the BlackVue gets hot, it shuts off then turns back on. The LED lights sometime come on and off when they want . I cool the dashcam with the Air conditioner from the car. For the amount of money I spent I would expect better stability.

Pros

In the event of an accident, the dashcam's footage can serve as valuable evidence when dealing with insurance companies or law enforcement.

Cons

No guarantee for long-lasting battery life
