quality control failure; also wrong product image
The product image on the site does NOT match what you finally get. (see photos) What I received also had a clear crack in the cap where the plunger lever crosses. I was expecting to see better how this was shipped from Revain and not a third party. Everything else is genuine Bodum and undamaged; hence the 2 stars.
