Not at all happy, I'm a long time customer and have never had a problem with you guys. I opened my first box and honestly it looked like someone threw a light on the wall, the main part of the front cover was all cracked and looks awful! The other is fine. I checked the light was working which it did so it's only cosmetic damage, I definitely wish a different light was sent or at least a new cover. UPDATE: Contacted customer service straight away, they were great and took care of everything! Fantastic company and a pleasure to work with and I'm pretty sure one in a million has failed. OZ will still be my pod lighting company!
