The 2 liter Excel bottle is great value, especially if you have Prime. When I first got serious about planted aquariums I used an API Liquid CO2 product. When that was over I switched to Excel because I was in the industry and I knew it was a great product. The difference in plant growth between the two brands was immediately noticeable when I switched. As much as I would like to, I cannot currently use gaseous CO2 in my small and nano systems. Excel has kept everything in decent shape until I can and I will continue to use it once I have the correct CO2 system in place. Excel's line of plant care products has been vital to my moderately tech-savvy plants, and I've used pretty much every brand of fertilizer and additive known to the hobby.
