Coming from the east coast I know how important a heater is to your home. Trust me, even with 2 feet of snow outside I felt comfortable knowing I had a heater to help get me through the winter. I knew no matter how cold and brutal a day in the cold was, I could return to a warm and cozy room thanks to my heater. When I decided to move it was odd not to bring one of my most important things, a heater, but figured I wouldn't need it on the sunny west coast. Now that I've moved across the country to the west coast, I've learned that I still need a heater. The cold and dry nights were still unbearable so I wanted a smaller but still efficient heater. That's when I found this Dreo Space Heater. This heater is everything I want and more! One of my favorite aspects of this Dreo portable heater is its ability to quickly heat up a room. Before I bought this heater, I often made a choice between leaving the heater on while I ran errands to get back into a warm room, or to be safe and turn the heater off before I left. With this fast heating heater, I don't have to worry about making a wrong but more convenient decision. This heater heats up an entire room in about 2 minutes. That's great. It often rains in the fall where I live, and when it's cold and rainy it's hard for me to leave my warm room to go to work, run errands, or even get mail from the mailbox. But with this heater, I know I can quickly heat my room to the desired temperature when I return. Me when it comes to heating. Any electrical device can be dangerous if left plugged in for too long as it can cause a fire and this is especially true of space heaters as they produce literally... good heat. So when looking for a heater I had to make sure it had safety features to make sure it wasn't dangerous. Especially when I had my young niece and little nephew in the winter. The Dreo Space Heater is ETL listed and has power failure protection and overheat protection. The power reset protection is a protection against disconnection of the heater from the mains, which can lead to load shedding and failure of the electric heater. Over-temperature shutdown protection means the machine will shut down if there is even the slightest possibility of overheating. This is good because even if I accidentally leave the heating on and leave the house, I don't have to worry about my house burning down and causing death or serious damage. The Dreo Space Heater is also great for saving energy. Invoice. It's no secret that once you start using a fan or heater, your electricity bill will increase as more appliances are used over a longer period of time. But with this heater there are three simple modes you can use. The first is HI, which blows out heat with more force. The second option is LOW, which blows heat out at a slower rate. I have a very good sleep, but of course, what is a sound sleeper girl without her light sleeper boyfriend. My friend even wakes up in the morning to the soft chirping of birds, so we decided to look for the quietest fan and heater we could find. This Dreo Space Heater is very quiet. It has a very low, soothing buzz that won't disturb sleeping next to it. The heater also distributes the heat very well and I don't have the feeling that hot air is being blown at me when I sleep. I also like the ease of use of this heater. The heating can be controlled with a small handheld remote that I keep next to my bedside table. The remote control can control the same functions available on the Dreo Space Heater's touch screen.
