the hole is too small for the probe hole! .
Bore too small for probe bore! I didn't find out until I put the pan back together with the dried RTV and broke my first dipstick tube trying to install it. I took the second dipstick tube and pushed it all the way in with silicone because it didn't even go in far enough to get to the o-ring. Before you mount the oil pan, make sure your hose fits, otherwise you'll have trouble installing a hose!
