Review on Sony Stereo CD/Cassette Boombox: Powerful Home Audio 🎵 Radio in Black (CFDS70BLK), 13.7 x 6.1 x 9 inches by Mido Taylor

I returned it because it did NOT play MP3 or CDR/RW as advertised. The manual says that some discs may not play if not formatted properly, but NONE of ours will play, not even professional/commercially made ones. He even insisted that when regular CDs were inserted, there was no disc inside. It also has a "cheaper" sound compared to the Magnavox radio we replaced. Five stars for the return process and prompt refund. But the actual product seemed very junky! I'm surprised by all the great reviews that made me think it would resemble our basic (nothing special) boombox that was almost 15 years old. Why is it so hard to find good products these days, even from a reliable company like Sony? Very disappointing!
