The annual report service provider has been very professional in its approach with us from day one till now when we are yet finalizing our reports as per schedule given by them! They have also taken care about payment part which was not possible earlier due to some reasons but they did so successfully without any issues at last moment! I would say this should be adopted globally because there will no such issue left if you use ARMS services.

Nothing much liked or disliked only process needs improvement like more transparency regarding fees etc could improve trust factor among clients. We had used other providers before using Arms Services however once satisfied then never looked back again!!
