After 50 years of dealing with randomly clogged drains and months of dealing with particularly clogged drains, I stumbled upon this little tool. The drain was clean and worked perfectly after 2 minutes of light work. Just lower the small brush into the sewer, twist it a little and pull it up; Remove the ugly hair blockage from the brush and discard the blockage. I think I ran the brush down the drain 3 times and it flowed perfectly. I can't even get the built in plug out of the sink but it didn't matter. With the brush, it was easy to guide the brush into the hole around the plug. I wish I had had this tool a few years ago. I went back and bought 5 more for my 5 adult children. No home should be without one.
