Very happy with it at first. Simple video instruction, easy installation. Worked great on a few trips with my boat trailer. Then the poltergeist entered the room. My turn signals (orange) are on. stay. on the. Even when the car is off! I didn't tie it to this harness for several hours. I've checked fuses, pulled codes, etc. On a whim, I pulled the white wire sleeve and voila, no more problems. Not sure what happened. Maybe bad soil? I installed the white ground wire/screw as directed, but maybe I should sand down the paint to get to the bare metal where it's attached? Hm. UPDATE: I took my car to a trusted mechanic to find out what's causing this weird electrical issue. I drove the whole car - everything is fine. I tested this CURT wiring harness and found it defective. So - save money and DO NOT BUY! I have also contacted CURT and the seller for assistance but have not received a response. Brilliant.
