After reading all the reputable gaming sources about a quality wireless headset they all swore by the Arctis 9x Steel series so I bought a pair and that night they froze "in" a muted state and didn't respond to any button so i contacted amazon and they quickly helped me with a free refund and i thought i might have a bad one. I happen to get new ones today and they worked fine until tonight when I turned them off to charge, the light didn't come on to show they were charging, they didn't turn on anything so I looked online and saw some links to them reset so i hit the reset button and they seem to charge so now i play with the concern that they will sell for the same money as these things at all times. I certainly expect better quality, not to mention that the sound could be better.
