I love the camera system. I already had a backup camera on my truck but was interested in this one for the following reasons: * I need a system with a wireless camera connection. *I wanted to mount the camera on my truck's luggage rack so I can point it down since I usually tow gear when hitching up or towing a trailer*Possibility of adding more cameras in the future (I want a front license plate camera) I have mounted the monitor on a RAM mount that was already in my car, so the position of the monitor is perfect for my use. I also like that I can activate the camera at any time while driving (unlike my truck's backup camera, which only comes on when reversing). This feature is useful for checking my gear behind my truck while driving. And I think it will be very useful if I put a second camera on the front license plate when riding the trails. Overall very happy with the purchase. Can't comment on durability as I only got it in June but so far so good.
