Review on Keep It Easy by Ross Decoteau

I really like that this software allows me to communicate with my customers even when i'm away from home office using mobile apps or computer/tablet devices! The user interface is so simple for new users as well which makes it super easy especially if you're tech- challenged at times (like myself). Sometimes its hard keeping up sometimes but not too much of an issue because we can email each other back quickly without feeling rushed about our schedules etc. This has helped tremendously in communicating effectively wth clients who are also busy business people during normal hours.
