I like that it is so customizable, can be used for any task from simple project management to an entire business process (i'm using as work-order manager).
It's not very intuitive at first but after some training you'll get familiar with its capabilities pretty quickly if your willing to put in time learning how everything works/is set up. There are many other similar products out there on the market which offer more features than Spots does - however their price point may make them less attractive overall depending upon what level of functionality you need vs cost. Project planning & communication between team members has been greatly improved by this tool!
