Bad chain, bad packaging but floats.
I carry this keychain in my pocket when kayaking so I don't lose my keys in the river. At the end of the trip I went to collect the keys and the chain was not connected. My keys would have perished. I used a different chain. It's also definitely a yellow spot where the image looks like neon green. In the package, the chain squeezed the foam rubber. Finally my keys don't sink after adding my own chain.
