Easy to understand and even attach to your dominant wrist. Received this quickly via UPS and have been wearing it in place of another, older tire for several hours now. The Velpeau splint is MUCH more comfortable and is already helping with the constant cracking, popping, swelling, pain, inflammation and stiffness with sudden onset arthritis symptoms caused by a severe allergic reaction to a quarterly injection of a new medication I've recently been on have received . No medication has helped and to be honest I am very worried about taking other medications at the moment. I bought this splint for my dominant hand hoping to get some relief so I can function again. I am so happy with finally being pain free after just a few hours that I have already ordered a second one for my non dominant hand! Thank you 😊
