I'm impressed and it's not easy. I bought two drawer organizers for a small filing cabinet. The top two drawers are for supplies, one drawer for pens, etc. The bottom drawer is for folders. I put an organizer in the top two drawers. They adapt to the drawer width like a glove. The injection molded tray is a nice thick and not a "plastic" part. I especially like the gray bottom of each compartment and it makes finding items in the compartment easier, especially in low light conditions. Nice design, good build quality. I will definitely be buying more different configurations as organizers for my tool box and other drawers around the house. I'm a bit expensive but I think the quality is worth the price.
