Review on 📀 Black Sony DVP-NS710H/B DVD Player with 1080p Upscaling - Improved SEO by Jason Hinrichs

I bought this device as a gift and wanted to be sure after receiving it that it survived the delivery process in order. Upon unboxing the unit, I noticed that a non-proprietary set of composite audio/video cables was included in the package and used them to connect everything. At the same time as I originally ordered, I also purchased a Monster B SV1/100-1.5M composite video kit with RCA audio cable from Revain.com. While everything worked fine with the DVD player, I noticed areas of white splotching at the top and bottom of the TV screen, as well as some "color bars". I replaced the free cables that came with the unit with monster cables and WOW! What a difference in the picture! All problems have been solved. I'm not downplaying this DVD player review as I didn't know it came with cables in the first place (and would have used monster cables anyway). The DVD player is VERY thin and I hooked it up to two TVs, even with composite connectors instead of HDMI, the picture and sound were fantastic! I love the design of the device, the placement of the simplest buttons on it and it seems to respond to the remote control from almost every angle you can see the device from. Just for reference for those who might be missing something. comes with the unit (although I think Revain lists the items elsewhere here), here's what was in my box: player, Sony remote and battery pack, composite video/audio cable (although I'd recommend getting on upgrade monster cable), instruction manual and related documents. I also have to thank Sony for packing the device in the factory box. Everything seemed thoughtful about the packaging process, right down to the additional packaging of the device to prevent the packaging supports inside the box from scratching the surface.
