Shaft 3.175mm and cutting diameter only 3mm. I was wondering why my parts didn't quite fit, but today I finally found out. I figured it might be my CNC although it's very stiff, but after cutting a straight slot in the cast acrylic I measured 3mm wide. It can't be my car as it was a straight pass with a chisel. I definitely recommend measuring your bits before attempting any precision work. I also noticed that when cutting a 3/4 inch layer of this bit, the edge was never perfectly straight. I think this may be because this bit also tapers slightly from the tip (3mm) to the shaft (3.175mm). I don't have this problem with other beats.
