I bought this brush for my 4 year old George Foreman grill with detachable plates. Unfortunately the top heating element died the same day I bought the brush so I ordered the Cuisinart 5-in-1. This combination of brush and scraper is very suitable for removing residue from chilled plates. I would not recommend using them on panels that cannot be touched with bare hands. I use Dawn for grease removal as brushes are not really designed to remove grease. You will move it. The brushes are hard enough to clean well and not scratch the non-stick coating. I used a washcloth for the side of the pan and a top bristle for the corners. Haven't used Belgian waffle sheets yet, but I think they'll work really well with leftovers.
