I bought this fan for the master bedroom in our 'dream home' when it was still under construction. It fitted perfectly with the relaxed, tropical resort feel I wanted to create in our Hawaiian home. The fan runs quietly and is well balanced (it takes about 5 minutes for it to completely stop spinning after turning it off). It is a high quality material that looks and feels like wood. I'm uploading some photos which don't really do it justice but wanted to show how good it looks both in the room and on its own. We have mahogany false ceilings and they fit perfectly.
