Helps to have an assistant to get on and adjust since I have a bad shoulder and can't reach behind me. And I'm a really fat man so good to have a loving wife to help. But it really eases my lower back pain to the point I hate to take it off. Can get it on myself if I lay it on the bed then lay down on top it. Easier to fasten over my big belly.
- My husband has sciatica so I bought him this to support him back and it has been a big help.
- May cause discomfort in other parts of the body such as the hips, upper back or shoulders
