I use them to prepare frozen a la carte lunches and dinners for my customers. I use about 100 a week. They're not my absolute favorites, but they get the job done! Putting the caps on takes some work, but once on they stay in place! They break very easily with frozen food in them. This is a nice disposable item that my customers can reuse or throw away depending on their choice. I've loaded them with everything from chili and tacos to enchiladas, chicken and rice, steaks and sweet potatoes, and no one has complained about the container being difficult to use or difficult to heat. Good value for money. I ordered 2 trays for 200 cells and 2 lids arrived damaged. Not bad given the lack of packaging. Another worthwhile purchase.
