Excellent use - arrived as planned - quickly. Much better than my smaller python. Quickly sucks dirt out of the substrate without watering the large amount of dirt. I like that you just have to squeeze the plastic handle next to the bucket (follow the instructions with the right direction there for the water to go there - two letters there) and just press the rectangular part to open the back and to clean you. In a large aquarium if you're just doing a water change there's a clamp and you clip it on and do a clean or filter change and the water is gone FAST - so for me I have to bend the hose or clamp like that anyway so as not to do too much losing water. So you can slow it down by lifting the bucket or bending the hose. Bending the hose a bit when you get it will make it more flexible as it's pretty stiff new. I personally love it more than anyone else. I am very happy that I bought it. I don't have to clean the substrate as often because it does its job very well. Especially my little aquarium. It has two connections. I definitely recommend this product. Simply squeezing the bottom section to let the water flow is a big plus. And it keeps flowing! Or just squeeze. Control. Finally. I can put it in the substrate and put the items in the cleaning bucket, stop the flow, change the filter and rinse with aquarium water so as not to kill the good bacteria. Then clean the substrate, place the filter and the biomechanics cleaned in the aquarium water back in the bucket. then put the cleaned things down and fill up with purified water (preferably already waiting in my distilled containers (I have distilled water for my shrimp too). Then turn off the lights and maybe feed them a little just because they know me and are expecting food .Hope this helps someone.If yes then it is helpful.It would help me.Also important test the water before and after if you need it.Can't wait to put your fish in your new aquarium .
