When I received the product it worked for about half a day and then nothing. I left this review and the seller contacted me immediately. They sent me a new adapter and the same result. They speculated that my VGA cable was the culprit, but the cable I used still worked (testing with my old adapter and Lightning to USB-C. Not perfect anyway). After I gave up, the seller gave me a new VGA cable to test (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01H1EZDSG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and I was like, what's the point Hell, I'll try to get it over with. Don't you know it's completely fixed! Works stably for several days, no problems. When I plug it in for the first time in the morning, the monitor also recognizes faster. Anyway, great seller, great product. Thank you again CableCreation for going above and beyond to please a humble customer! Valued!
