We replaced the headlights in our 01 31ft coachman with these and the difference is day and night (literally). Using only one bulb, it was significantly brighter than the single bulb that this trailer came with. So when you turn on two, it's crazy. We chose 4000k, which is perfect because it's "white" but not too blue or too yellow. Installation was easy. There was a sticker on the back of the flashlight explaining which wire connected to which wire based on color. The equipment provided worked very well. Some of the other kits featured here have blue wire nuts with plastic female threads instead of a metal insert to save money. They had a metal insert, just like at home (the plastic inserts are completely useless and don't grab the copper wire when twisted). The tools you will need are a wire stripper (I have a quick wire stripper but you can use a razor blade or scissors), a screwdriver (there is a percussion tool that makes installation much easier) and some double sided tape (optional) . ). The double sided tape is there so you can place the light in the right place and press it down so you can take the screws and screw it to the ceiling. Without the double tape, it becomes a balance between impact wrench or screwdriver, screw and light. Another option is to have someone help you, but the tape also minimizes rattling on the road. I recommend them to anyone who wants to double or triple the usable light in their RV or boat. Because LEDs are so efficient, they also generate no heat and use some of the electricity of traditional incandescent bulbs. In fact, when my AC turns off, all the lights dim briefly due to current demand, but no more! If you're thinking of getting new headlights, think no further!
