I like that it was very easy to use for my organization as we had never used anything similar before in our network operations department at this time of year (and even now).
It would be nice if you could see what happened last quarter or month rather than just showing one day's activity instead - but maybe they don't have an option? We needed something more modern looking/feeling then using Excel spreadsheets so were really excited about getting started! So far no real complaints though other companies might think differently since there are features missing from their product vs ours etc. Still working out how best fit will all teams within our org into different sub areas eithin each function area i.e Network Operations Center / Service Delivery & Support Centre.
