Disappointed with the purchase, useless products.
As the box was still whole upon arrival, it was clear that it had not been damaged in transit. I emailed the customer service department, and in response, they sent me a voucher good for $600 in free services. The voucher states that it is valid until December 31st, but the letter indicates that it is good for three months. After a period of three months during which there was no obligation to make a purchase on the take, the discount code was become ineffective. If you ruined a product that cost a lot of money, and the puncture is only temporary, then why did this happen? The most basic level of repugnance.
- Simple to operate, yet loaded with functions
- I gave it to my spouse as a present when I picked it up. It arrived in a sturdy packaging, but inside was a terribly damaged case that was really dreadful. Everything was just lying around some how inside the case.
