If you put it next to my original (but worn) remote control you can see that the quality of the product is excellent. What I like to share the most is the ease of downloading and using programming instructions from the company's website. I was very nervous about syncing this new remote with my 2001 Buick Century. It didn't help when I found out that my other remote (my wife's) also needed to be re-synced at the same time. It seemed to be an all or nothing game. I couldn't be more wrong. The instructions were simple, clear and easy to follow. All programming work took a maximum of 10 minutes. As an added convenience, the company provided an 800 number if you could ask for personal assistance. Highly recommended to others.
