A great tool which has helped us keep track of threat related events very efficiently
The ability to quickly and easily set up rules for alerts and notifications. It is easy to get started with, but we are still working on customizations beyond what is included in the product. We have been able to monitor our network and detect threats at an early stage, as well as being notified when they happen. I like how easy it is for me as an end user/consumer in my organization to use this product - no learning curve required! It would be nice if there was more flexibility around what we could monitor within one policy or across multiple policies. We are trying to solve two problems at once here by being able to log network activity from several clients including web browsers but also mobile devices such as iPads & iPhones without having separate products per device type.
- Very helpful support team too :) They will always take care not just fix issues related directly their software (security), helping us make sure all security related components work together seamlessly which means much less time spent reconfiguring those parts separately.
